Zula opens a second burger restaurant in Spitalfields on 1 November

Zula's second restaurant is not a copy of the first. Marble Arch is a sit-down room; Spitalfields is a fast-service counter built for the office lunch and the market crowd, with a lean bar for anyone who wants to eat in.
Where and when
2e Lamb Street, Spitalfields, E1 6EA — the unit that was the Italian street-food restaurant Indegno. It opens on Sunday 1 November 2026.
What is on the menu
One burger is made for this site alone: the Spitalfields Wagyu Burger, a wagyu patty with double cheddar, French mayo, sambal, black pepper, gherkin and onion in a brioche bun. The Marble Arch regulars come east with it — The Basic, The B.I.G. and The Fake Mac.
Who is behind it
Founder Cihan Kıpçak cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens before opening Zula at Marble Arch in October 2024. Spitalfields is the first time the name has left the West End.
Lamb Street runs along the side of Old Spitalfields Market, so the new Zula sits in the market's foot traffic rather than near it — which is the whole point of a fast-service counter. Liverpool Street is the nearest station, five minutes' walk down Bishopsgate, with Shoreditch High Street on the Overground the other way. A burger built for one site tends to be the thing the first weeks are judged on, so if the Wagyu is the reason to go, go for that and not for the one you can already get at Marble Arch.
